Taxicard Fare Structure
Taxicard holders will pay a minimum fare of £1.20 for every journey made under the scheme as long as the total amount on the meter is no more than £2.40. If the fare is between £2.40 and £4.00 you pay half of the total metered fare. When the total fare exceeds £4.00 you pay a fare of £2.00 plus the excess.

The cost of other "extras" which includes items of luggage, surcharges for certain public holidays and extra passengers will be included in the total fare. No gratuities are payable under the scheme, nor is there a telephone booking fee.
